乌克兰反政府势力同意再次和谈
The cease-fire proposed by Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko has now entered its final hours. Representatives from the eastern regions have agreed to participate in the second-round of talks with Russian, Ukrainian and European envoys.
Poroshenko said that the talks will be the last chance to find a solution for the current crisis. If all parties fail to agree on major issues, the government will have to make some decisions. He did not specify what exactly these decisions will be. The ceasefire will officially end at 10 p.m. local time on Friday.
